NikolaTesla Switch Glow is full of functions: among these the Warming Mode, ideal both for slow cooking recipes and for keeping food warm while other preparations are in progress and the Cooking timer , thanks to which it is possible to set the exact cooking time letting the piano turn off automatically. In the event of accidental shutdown, the Recall function allows you to recover all previously selected power levels and timers in just a few seconds. Equipped with latest generation induction systems, NikolaTesla Switch Glow has a double Bridge zone which allows two adjacent zones to work in a combined manner. Thanks to the air quality sensor, the Airmatic function detects the quantity and quality of vapors and odors by automatically adjusting the suction power and gradually decreasing it to eliminate residual odors at the end of cooking. In the filtering version, maintenance of the Long Life Filters ++ is guaranteed by the possibility of removing them from above with extreme ease. The new Elica technology is able to reach filtering thresholds of up to 80%.
